Outside of the USA, shipping times may vary from country to country depending on the location and route of the journey. Shipping times may vary from 3-12 days.
Defect / Damage During Delivery
We check our products before dispatch to ensure they are not damaged, packing our parcels carefully to ensure safe delivery. Occasionally damage may occur during the delivery process. If this occurs, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
Return / Exchange
If you are unhappy for any reason, please send the phone cover back within 30 days to return the item for a full refund, (this applies to sale items, too). If you need to exchange your case for another model or design, please drop us an email – email@example.com.
Please include a short note and picture with your order number. We will respond to you within 24 hours.
Change / Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. All orders that have been canceled before being processed/shipped will be refunded to your credit card. We are not able to cancel an order after it has been processed/shipped. We can refund you after the order has been returned back to us.
The easiest way to clean your Cashey case is with a soft microfiber cloth and mild soap. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners or abrasive disinfectants as they may damage your case.
